Ingredients
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • ⅔ cup flour
  • ½ stick melted butter, plus more for the skillet
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • a little vanilla
  • 1 sliced pear
  • cinnamon and confectioners' sugar, for dusting
Instructions
  1. Mix the eggs, milk, flour, ½ stick melted butter, sugar and a little vanilla in a blender.
  2. Melt some butter in a cast-iron skillet.
  3. Add the pear, then the batter.
  4. Bake at 375 degrees F, 35 minutes.
  5. Dust with cinnamon and confectioners' sugar.
